As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced all-around artworker with expertise in packaging artwork to join our creative production team in Romania.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable individual to fill the role of an experienced all-around artworker with a proven track record in packaging design and artwork. You know how important the details are in an artwork. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign. You have a strong background in creating Point of Sale (POS) materials, brochures, and various packaging designs/artworks. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute packaging artwork designs that align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Create visually appealing and effective POS materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
- Work independently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute creative ideas to enhance design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team. Requirements:
- Proven experience as an all-around artworker
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
- Fluent English proficiency. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of packaging designs, POS materials, and other relevant content.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and a passion for staying updated in the field.
